The NSS Cell of the University of Mumbai organized the National Youth Day Celebration – Run for Swadeshi Program on 12th January, 2026 at the Kalina College Campus from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The event was conducted to commemorate National Youth Day and to inspire youth towards self-reliance and the promotion of indigenous products. A total of 25 degree college students actively participated in the program, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment. The run symbolized the importance of adopting Swadeshi values and supporting local industries. The program successfully reached and benefited around 250 individuals by spreading awareness about national pride and economic self-sufficiency.
