Objective of the ConferenceThe global turbulence can be seen as a silver lining for India where other economies are struggling to grow. India can achieve an unprecedented growth with appropriate policy measures. The objective of this multidisciplinary conference was to discuss various issues pertaining to growth and intended to integrate authors from various disciplines and various regions of India and contribute their ideas for development.

Mahatma Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce celebrated its annual day after a gap of 3 year due to Covid-19 pandemic at Fine Arts Auditorium on 23rd December, 2022 between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The environment was filled with zest and zeal as the event was happening after 3 years and students groups were eager to perform. Every student was given entry pass to enter the auditorium. There was a tight security at the entrance of the auditorium and the teaching staff themselves were checking the passes and I – Cards of the students. The program started at 4 p.m. with the performance of the Junior College dance groups. There were 7 solo and group dances performed by the Junior College students. Thereafter the Degree College performances started with devotional folk songs. This was followed by many super group dances and solo dances. Students were enjoying the performance as they started dancing at their respective places and boosting the moral of the dance groups. The host of the programs also entertained the students. The live streaming of the program was done on the official Facebook page of the Mahatma Night Degree College of Arts and Commerce. The program ended at 6.30 p.m. The official vote of thanks was given by Dr. Lata Krishnan. Group Photographs were taken after the program
